Menopause Course Content

Come along and change the way you ‘do’ the change of life. I link recent research/science on ageing and menopause to Lightning Process, NLP concepts and coaching. Individual sessions are one hour a week for 3 weeks, via Zoom.

Part One: Overview of what’s actually happening within us and how to reframe the experience.

Part Two: How to sleep, practice calm, contentment and coolness.

Part Three: Practical suggestions for eating, fitness and day-to-day living.

Part Four: (optional) continued coaching to keep you motivated.  

Course Fee. Fee is $285 NZD and includes parts 1-3 and handouts.
