How the Lightning Process
can help you
I’ve been there and I hear you.
I suffered from endometriosis, for as long as I could remember. My menstrual pain was debilitating, yet I was never offered a solution. After years of difficulty, I eventually gave birth to two girls, Millie and Evangeline. One specialist said they were ‘miracles,’ given the issues inside.
I’ve been there. The woman who was swamped by endocrine issues and left to take chemicals to stabilise this. The ready-to-be Mum who couldn’t fall pregnant, the soon-to-be Mum who believed that morning sickness and pain was ‘normal’. Then the Mum of a chronically ill child. Stuck. Frightened. Protective.
If only I knew what I now know.
There is another way. I found it and it worked.
Edometriosis Event
Rosa Shand:
In the spirit of taking care of ourselves during awareness month, we've organised a very special workshop in our Tāmaki office for us, the members of the E+F group 💕
This workshop is run by someone with incredible knowledge who holds a very special place in my heart — Jenny Oliver. Some of you may have heard me recount my personal journey, navigating through the challenges of endometriosis diagnosis and surgery, which eventually led to a prolonged period of debilitating chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and POTS. It was a time when even standing upright was an insurmountable task and I was completely off work for six months.
Jenny is an extraordinary individual and practitioner and I attribute my complete recovery to her three day 'Lightning Process' workshop. Through her expertise in mind-body techniques, I not only regained my strength but also acquired invaluable tools that continue to shape my life today.
Jenny is going to take us through a two hour workshop focused on bringing more comfort and calm into our lives through the mind body connection. Her techniques are based on neuroscience and utilising the brain's neuroplasticity - its ability to rewire itself.
We would love to have you join us on the 20th of March for this very special experience. Unfortunately this event will only take place in Tāmaki but we hope to be able to hold more events like this in the future.
